I originally bought it because I thought it would look cute in the kitchen. The first night I put a record on, my daughter came over and asked if she could choose the next one. Now she does it while I make hot chocolate. It’s such a small thing, but it makes the house feel more like Christmas.
She grew up with records and loves anything Christmas, so I had a feeling this would be her kind of gift. She unwrapped it, laughed, and immediately started looking through the little records. It felt personal instead of like another generic holiday present.
